---As I am human, chronically ill, and neurodivergent, my social battery isn’t always in a spot to facilitate small talk. ---As the artist, I have full permission to post artwork I’ve made to my social sites and use as examples. If the commissioner does not wish for me to use their artwork as examples or to post it, please tell me so as I’m not a mind reader.
---Commissioner is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for personal usage only. This includes printing the artwork for posters, making button pins, and badges as physical pieces. These items cannot add onto the characters value as they are physical items of an already existing and paid for piece.
---Commissioner is prohibited from using the commissioned artwork for profit or self-advertisement of products and services. This means the commissioner cannot produce profitable merchandise with the commissioned artwork from me. The commissioner also may not use physical items with commissioned artwork intended for personal use for advertisement or examples of services.

---I accept flat colour, digital references only. This may come in the form of a proper reference sheet (preferred), or multiple flat colour reference images. These are easiest for me to work with as I do not have to stress and separate shading from markings. I do NOT accept shaded reference sheets or traditional references.Polite Rejections

If your character is a species I’m incredibly ill-practiced with, or I feel underskilled to execute your idea perfectly, then I may politely decline your commission inquiry. ---Please do not delete my artwork or designs off of ToyHou.se if sent or transferred on the site. I like being able to look back and see how characters I’ve designed or drawn for are doing. You are free to resell, gift, or trade the character you’ve received from me twenty-four (24) hours after purchase. Please do not upsell the character for more than what you bought it without adding art to the character. This can be art you’ve made or commissioned from others.---On the off chance I am not stressing about funds or I’m not busy, I occasionally accept trades. I do not accept character trades as I struggle with connection, so I only accept art trades. Art quality does not matter to me when it comes to art trades. Low, medium, and high quality are all accepted, as well as base work. Art trades as payment is an opportunity that comes very rarely, if ever. I prefer art for art trades as both parties get something fun out of it. Once again, trades will only happen when my queue is clear and I’m not stressing about funds.

---If I am led on or ghosted on a commission for weeks/months with no commitment by a client, they will be grey-listed. My grey-list is only a four (4) week, twenty-eight (28) day long period. After that time, you will still be able to commission me. If this is repeated behavior, you will be moved to my blacklist for personal reasons and you will not be able to commission me.Blacklist
---Blacklisting is reserved for more serious matters, aside from losing patience. Criteria to end up on here is; zoophile, feral/quad NSFW, pedophile/MAP, loli/shota/cub/underage NSFW, pro-ship/pro-fiction, dead dove, or feeding my art to a generative AI. Scammers, grifters, art and character thieves, and those with bewares lying about their age will also be blacklisted.
---Personal reason blacklisting is for having my art traced, claiming my art as your own, forced charge-back, removing my watermark, under-payed while overworked, and repeat grey-listee.

No to Generative AI and NFTs
--- My posted artwork will always be heavily watermarked. Tiled png watermark and typed credits will always be included on my images. This is to prevent theft from individuals who steal and plagiarize others work out of laziness and greed.---I do not, nor will I ever, agree to having my artwork fed to an image generating AI or treated as an NFT. This is massively disrespectful to human artists. If you support and/or use GenAI, I ask that you do not support me. You cannot ethically support human artists if you are also actively advancing what’s harming us, soulless art-thieving robots.---Generative Artificial Image servers steal from artists’, both living and deceased, un/protected online portfolios. This includes photography, digital artistry, and 3D modeling asset portfolios. The amount of garbage generated images flooding the art market is harming new artists wanting to enter the market by causing artstyle skepticism. Non Fungible Tokens are stupid money laundering grifts that profit off the same idea of character creators (like Picrew), but instead of allowing a human to create them, a robot generates them. NFTs are a capitalistic stain on the art market.---Using services like Glaze and Nightshade are helpful, but are not foolproof with the furthering advances made in AI in today's internet world. To keep generative AI and NFT servers up and running, they have to use up to ten (10) times more resources than your average Google search. This means they are actively contributing to the continuing global warming crisis, and further proving that humanity is taking what we have for granted.
